ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Course description

The IECB ISO 14001 Lead Auditor training course equips you with the requisite skills to execute effective audits of environmental management systems (EMS) by leveraging broadly accepted audit principles, procedures, and strategies. This program integrates the mandates of ISO/IEC 17021-1, the guidelines of ISO 19011, and auditing best practices into a robust methodology, thereby preparing you to proficiently plan and conduct ISO 14001 conformity assessment audits.

While offering a robust theoretical understanding, this course also prioritizes a hands-on learning approach. It includes examples, exercises, and quizzes that enable you to practice key elements of conformity assessment audits. These elements include interpreting ISO 14001 requirements in the context of an audit, applying auditing principles and methods, using approaches for evidence collection and verification, managing an audit team, creating nonconformity reports, and formulating the final audit report.
